2024-2025 RI Theme Announced
Rotary President-elect Stephanie Urchick revealed the 2024-2025 presidential theme, The Magic of Rotary: "We are not going to end polio or bring peace to the world by waving a wand. It's up to you. You create the magic with every project completed..."
Enter Club Committee Chairs in the District Website
  1. In www.rotary7390.org in the top right corner, click on “Member Login”
  2. Enter your Login Name & Password (If you have not created an account yet, click on “New & Existing Users: retrieve login and/or reset password”.
  3. Once logged into the website, it will take you to the home page again. Look in the top right corner and it will say “Welcome, your name”, “Member Area”, “Logout”.
  4. Click on “Member Area”.
  5. In the tabs across the top, click on “For Clubs”.
  6. Then underneath, click on “Define Club Executives”.
  7. Enter your Club committee chairs!
Applying for Grants
All Clubs requesting a grant, MUST complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and submit it to the District Office. The 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Club Presidents need to sign the MOU. At least one Club member, but preferable 2 or 3 must complete the on-line grant training. Click here to complete the 4 on-line grant training modules. 
 
District Club Grants
District Club Grant projects support short-term, humanitarian projects that benefit local or foreign communities. Once a year, a club may request grant funds for a project or may collaborate with another club's project. There is a maximum of five clubs per project.

Global Grants
Global Grants support international projects  with budgets of at least $35,000 in one of The Rotary Foundation's Areas of Focus.  The District will typically match contributions from clubs; The Rotary Foundation will match amount given by District, at a rate determined by TRF.  To begin the Global Grant application process, a club should submit the District 7390 Global Grant Intention Form.

Best Club Awards
The purpose of the District 7390 “Best Club” Awards is to encourage Clubs to aggressively pursue excellence through friendly competition with like sized clubs. To encourage participation there are 6 Club size categories, based upon the membership reported on the June 30, 2024 Semi-Annual Report. The Club’s category will not change throughout the Rotary year even if its membership rises or declines. Any new Clubs will be assigned based upon the number of charter members.

The 2024-2025 categories are:
  • Extra Small (Less than 15 Members)
  • Small (16-25 Members)
  • Medium (26-35 Members)
  • Large (36-45 Members)
  • Extra Large (46-85 Members)
  • Extraordinary (86 or More Members)

2024-2025 DG Citation
The 2024-25 RI Presidential theme is “THE MAGIC OF ROTARY”. District Governor Citations for Meritorious Service will be given to Clubs who show
evidence of trying new initiatives and considering ways to advance the RI Presidents priorities by being a champion of Rotary’s Action Plan, finding a balance between continuity and change, and working for peace .
