- Parking will be available in lots D, E, and F on the CPC map. Lots G, J, and L have spaces and some handicapped parking, but may be full that morning as there is another conference on campus at the same time.
- The opening session will be held in the Capital Blue Cross Theater (lower level of the West Wing building, #12 on the map). The classes from 9-12 are upstairs on the 1st floor of the West Wing building.
