WIN A HOMEMADE DINNER FOR 8
Made and delivered by your own District Governor MB!

Living in Texas for 18 years, MB learned to cook a few Tex-Mex dishes.  Buy a ticket for $50 for a chance to win:  Black bean soup start, a 9x13 dish of Chicken Enchiladas, with a creamy Flan to finish.  MB will work with spice preferences and allergies for the winner.  The meal can be brought to you fresh, or frozen for you to enjoy later (although freezing the Flan is not recommended).  If Tex-Mex is not your favorite, MB does have a few other options, it will be up to the winner.

Drawing will occur during the Sunday morning District breakout at the Leadership Summit. You do not need to be present to win (although MB hopes you'll be there!). Buy your tickets TODAY!!

District 7390 Day of Service

Help make our District Environment Day of Service a success! If your club is still looking for a project for our District’s Environment Day of Service on or near April 25, consider helping with one of the many Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful events near your club. To find one in your own backyard, go to https://cleanup.keeppabeautiful.org/Calendar.html , type in your zip code, and see if the event fits your schedule and interests. These events typically last only a few hours on a single day and are already set up and organized. They are actively looking for volunteers! Check them out!

Also, please take pictures of your event and send them to Melissa so we can include them on our district environment web page!

Also consider teaming up with another Rotary club in our district. Register your Clubs Project here

Check out the list here of projects that Clubs are already planning to complete!

Fundraising Opportunity for Clubs

Local civic and nonprofit organizations are being invited to participate in the Air Dot Show Central Pennsylvania May 23-25, 2026 through the Wings for a Cause™ Community Volunteer Program. This year's show is scheduled to feature the Blue Angels. Participating organizations organize volunteer teams to support event operations (hospitality, concessions, guest services), with many groups using the opportunity to support scholarships, youth programs, and local service initiatives.

Why this aligns with Rotary:

  • Hands-on service opportunity for clubs
  • Flexible team-based participation (typically 15–25 volunteers)
  • Opportunity to support local impact initiatives
  • Family-friendly volunteer engagement

We are currently confirming participating organizations over the next several weeks.

Interested clubs can learn more and designate a team captain here: https://air.show/pa-info/

Most clubs designate a single coordinator (team captain) who organizes their volunteers.

Wheels & Wins & 5K 2026: Join Us in Supporting Lancaster's Youth

The Rotary Club of Lancaster invites fellow Rotarians to be part of one of our most impactful (and fun) annual events—Wheels & Wings Festival & 5K, taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Lancaster Airport. This year, the need is especially urgent. Due to a significant budget shortfall, the School District of Lancaster is canceling summer enrichment programs. For many students, these programs provide critical opportunities for continued learning, mentorship, and engagement.

For nearly two decades, our Club has partnered with United Way of Lancaster County to support Summer Youth Experience programs, helping local nonprofits fill that gap. Wheels & Wings is a key driver of that effort.  We invite you to:

  • Join us as a runner, walker, car show participant, or attendee
  • Spread the word within your club and community
  • Consider organizing a group to attend or participate together
  • And of course we're always looking for more sponsors and volunteers!

Thank you in advance for helping us extend the impact of our annual major fundraiser!

  •  Fly-in and active airport setting
  • Car show with nearly 20 award categories
  • Chip-timed 5K on a fast, scenic course
  • Food trucks, music, and family-friendly activities

York-North and Passport Clubs Team Up to Host Monte Carlo Night at the Margaret E Moul Home

This is the fifth year that the Rotary Clubs of York-North and Passport entertained the Margaret E. Moul Home residents with Monte Carlo Night. The residents played blackjack and roulette, along with chuck-a-luck and the dice wheel.  Rotarians made a new game this year called the human slot machine where the Rotarians were the actual slot machine.

Donna Keller from the Recreation Department commented that “we have a bunch of amazing volunteers from the Rotary Club that helped us put this on”.  The residents had fun and won some prizes and just had a good old time playing some Vegas games.
