Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico in September, and residents are still reeling from its severity. The damage to Puerto Rico’s infrastructure and private property is being estimated at close to $90 billion. Weeks later, more than half the island still has no electricity. In response to this catastrophe, Harrisburg Keystone Rotary Club is holding a pancake breakfast to raise money for hurricane relief, and 100 percent of the profits will go to Puerto Rico.

Join us on Saturday, 2 Dec, between 8:30 and 11, at the Grace and Mercy Church in Middletown for pancakes, sausage, baked apples, orange juice, coffee and more, plus the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of auction items. None of us can solve the entire problem, but we can help a little, one ticket or donation at a time. Adults. $10; under 12, $5. You can buy tickets from any member of Keystone or mail your check made out to Harrisburg Keystone Rotary to Alaine Keisling, 301 N. Progress Ave., Apt B-7, Harrisburg, PA 17109, and pick your tickets up at the door. Are you interested in helping us flip pancakes? Email Marci Mowery at mmowery-ppff@pa.net.
