Notes:

1. Individual “meal ticket” purchases cannot be accommodated. Daily packages include all events, meals & breaks for that day.
2. Registrants who wish to attend only a “non-meal event” must register and pay the Daily Package rate for that day.
3. A special offer for an alternative to immediate full payment is being offered – for Full Conference Registration, as follows:
   • A $100 non-refundable deposit, per person, with the balance due by February 12, 2010 – credit cards accepted.
4. Interactors will receive a separate Registration Form and Pricing Schedule.
